At PieHost (a brand operated under PieCraft Labs), we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with our hosting services. This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds or credit-back guarantees are applicable.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e., multiple services or signups do not qualify).
- The money-back guarantee applies only to new clients. New orders from existing clients do not qualify.
- No refund will be processed if your account is suspended due to non-payment.
- You can request a refund only if you place a cancellation request within the specified money-back period of your service.
- No refund is provided once funds are added to your PieHost Wallet (Credit Balance).
- Credits added to the PieHost Wallet are non-refundable.
- No refund for accounts closed due to violations of the Terms of Service.
- No data backup will be provided if your account is suspended due to non-payment.
- Upgrades or downgrades of existing products are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for those actions.
- VPS products are non-refundable once delivered, even if a cancellation is requested afterward.
- Renewal invoices or services are not eligible for a refund.
- Domain registration, renewal, or transfer fees are non-refundable.
- No refund applies for payments made toward overdue invoices.
- If you already have an active product and order another, the refund policy applies only as a 10-day credit-back guarantee.
- No refunds apply for installation fees, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, domain privacy, domain names, licenses, or custom software installations.
- No refund will be issued if our technical team determines no issue exists with your hosting plan.
- No refund for domain names similar to trademarked or branded domains used in related services.
- No refund for domains or hosting accounts involved in phishing, spam, or abuse cases.
- No refund for services suspended or terminated due to misuse, illegal activity, email abuse, or overuse.
- No refund for hosting illegal or copyrighted materials (e.g., music, video, or software without proper rights).
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days through the original payment method.
- To request a refund, customers must create a cancellation request via the client area and open a support ticket. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Important Notes
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the nature of your hosting plan, promotions, or billing terms. PieHost reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
